On September 5, the AGROFEAST 2027 Market Launch Mobilization Meeting was successfully held at the Abuja office. All business supervisors and above, along with management personnel, attended the meeting to review the past year, look ahead to the future, and align on direction and strategy for the new market year.

The meeting began with a brief review of the previous year’s work by Mr. Andy, General Manager of the Overseas Business Division, who also shared his expectations and strategic guidance for the new year, setting a positive and aspirational tone for the session.

Two outstanding employees from the previous year were then invited to share their personal work experiences, drawing significant attention from all attendees.

Mr. Mustapha, a sales representative from the Eastern Region, shared his experience managing a WhatsApp community of over 300 merchants and farmers. He consistently provides timely technical support to community members, coordinates communication between merchants and farmers, and is always the first to step in when farmers encounter difficulties – truly embodying the philosophy of "serving farmers and staying rooted in the fields."

Mr. Umar from the Central Region delivered an inspiring story that earned applause from all. He joined the company in 2023 as a dedicated driver. During his journeys, he quietly studied and humbly sought advice from sales colleagues and leaders, gradually clarifying his career path. In 2025, he successfully transitioned to a sales role and achieved an impressive sales record of over 500 million Naira in his first year – a vivid testament to the power of dedication and growth.

During the reporting session, each business department head and regional manager systematically summarized their work over the past year, conducted in-depth analyses of market issues in their respective areas, and proposed practical solutions. Mr. Frank, General Manager of AGROFEAST, and Mr. Yahaya, Marketing Director, offered detailed comments on each regional report, recognizing achievements while also pointing out areas for improvement, clarifying the team's action plan for the new year.

AGROFEAST places the highest priority on employee safety. During the meeting, the company organized a special training session on safe driving and general workplace safety precautions, further strengthening employees' safety awareness and risk prevention capabilities.

The meeting concluded on a joyful and relaxing note with interactive games and a dinner. In the new year, the AGROFEAST team will move forward with even greater enthusiasm and more professional service, working hand in hand with partners to deepen its presence in the Nigerian market, support agricultural prosperity, and create a brighter future together.
