This farmer training was held in Kalagala Kangulumira Kayunga district Uganda with the aim of  introducing our company brand and back ground, introducing our company Agro chemical products ,teaching farmers how our different chemical products are used , on which crops they being used and showing farmers the effectiveness of our products from demonstrations done by our company sales representatives all over Uganda.  As you can see in the picture below we began by being welcomed by the head of the village chair person where we were allowed to proceed with the training.

As we were officially allowed to proceed with our farmer training by the chair person, our company sales representative took over by starting with an introduction of himself so that farmers get to know the person teaching them about the products where by this created confidence in farmers to be able to listen carefully, together with introducing our company products for example name of each product, measurements for each product,and problems solved by each product , farmers were attentively listening and eager to get knowledge on our company products as shown in the below picture.

During our company training with farmers we had to keep showing farmers the effectiveness of each of our products done through  many demonstrations by our company sales representatives all over Uganda which was displayed to farmers on a tablet phone for them to see and believe in what we were explaining to them as you can see in the picture below.

In the conclusion our farmer training we had to gather and take a picture together with our farmers as in the picture below where by this creates goods memories together with farmers and our company as well, thus sticking in farmers mind and hearts to keep remembering our company brand and products after our company products solving their farm problems by getting good harvests or yields.
