This farmer training was held in Kiseka Kiwangala Lwengo district Uganda emphasizing on introduction of our company, introduction of our chemical products ,teaching farmers how our chemical products are used , on which crops they being used and showing farmers the effectiveness of our products from demonstrations done by our company sales representatives in different parts of Uganda.  As you can see in the picture below we were in preparations for the farmer training and waiting for more farmers to come up for the training.

Later as all farmers gathered and got seats we started with introducing our company  where it originates from , how long it has been operating , chemical products it deals in and how many subsidiary companies it has at the present as you can see in the below picture.

Upon finishing introduction of the company we proceeded with introducing our company chemical products by our company sales representative one by one on how  they are measured for example how many milliliters or grams per each sprayer, which kinds of crops are being applied on , what stage of crop to be applied on , which diseases can be solved , which types of warms can be killed and weather conditions that favour the spraying of our chemical products as in the picture given below.

During our company training with farmers we had to keep showing farmers the effectiveness of each of our products done through demonstrations by our company sales representatives all over Uganda which was displayed to farmers on a tablet phone for them to see and believe in what we were explaining to them as you can see in the picture below.

As we concluded our farmer training we had to gather and take a picture together with our farmers as in the picture below where by this creates goods memories together with farmers and our company as well, thus sticking in farmers mind and hearts to keep remembering our company after our company products solving their farm problems by getting good harvests or yields.
