Hardcore Production Capacity: Intelligent Production Lines + Redundant Backup to Meet Full-Demand Requirements

        Leveraging multiple automated and intelligent production lines, Kosai Agrochemical has achieved large-scale production of pesticide technicals and formulations.

        Equipped with DCS (Distributed Control System), the production lines realize automated regulation of the production process, significantly enhancing product stability. Meanwhile, 30% redundant production capacity is reserved, complemented by backup production lines and a full set of standby equipment (with an equipment availability rate of ≥95%). This enables rapid response to emergency scenarios such as sudden order surges and equipment maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted supply.

    We possess the capability to undertake large-value orders. We once established a long-term cooperation with a TOP 5 agricultural group in China, supplying 10,000-ton class herbicide technicals annually. With zero delivery delays and zero quality complaints throughout the collaboration, we have become its core supplier.

   科赛基农将“质量”视为企业生命线,建立从原材料入厂到成品出厂的“四级检验体系”,搭配权威认证与全流程追溯,确保每一批产品都符合标准:

▶ 权威认证:通过ISO9001质量管理体系、GMP良好生产规范认证,产品符合国家标准GB/T 19001-2016、行业标准HG/T 4576-2013,跨境产品通过国际认证,确保国内外市场合规准入;

▶ 全流程检验:

  • 来料检验(IQC):原材料到厂后,通过高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)、气相色谱仪(GC)等精密设备进行12项指标检测,不合格原材料拒收;

  • 过程检验(IPQC):关键工序设置3个检验节点,实时监控产品稳定性,关键工序100%检验;

  • 成品检验(FQC):成品下线后,进行全指标检测(含有效成分含量、杂质含量、稳定性等),成品一次合格率达99.7%;

  • 出货检验(OQC):发货前核对产品批次、数量、包装,确保与订单一致,同时留存样品(留存期1年),以备后续追溯;


▶ 全流程追溯:采用“一物一码”追溯系统,每一批产品都有唯一批次号,可通过批次号查询生产班组、生产时间等全链路记录,实现“从源头到终端”的全程可追溯;

   凭借严格的质控体系,连续5年无重大质量投诉,同时拥有多项产品发明专利,技术实力与产品质量获得行业认可。
