On January 1, marking the beginning of the new year, AGROFEAST’s Northeast Regional Team successfully held its first agricultural knowledge workshop of 2025 in the Jaragol area of Borno State. Despite the holiday season, the event attracted active participation from over 500 local farmers.

The workshop closely addressed local practical farming needs, focusing on the identification, prevention, and control methods of common field weeds, as well as introducing advanced field water and fertilizer management techniques. The participating farmers showed great enthusiasm for learning, engaging actively in discussions and creating a lively atmosphere.
